The Jabz Boxing workout is a full body, boxing-inspired circuit that’s as fun as it is effective. You’ll punch, kick, lift, and row in every class; supported and motivated by teammates and highly trained coaches. Our punch tracking technology system, Jabz K.O. allows you to track results and progress in every class and over time. No prior boxing experience is necessary & every workout is scalable to all fitness levels.
New to Jabz Boxing
We are a HIIT-style boxing gym that incorporates weight lifting & rowing into a 60-minute group class. We focus on a different muscle group every day & each class is led by a certified instructor! Your Punch Count, Speed & Force are also tracked in real-time with your stats emailed to you after every class!
No prior experience is needed & we also offer a 24/7 Open Gym option.
