This Women’s History Month, we’d like to take a moment to show our appreciation for the incredible women who have helped shaped the Jabz franchise into what it is today. Read on to meet the strong women behind the Jabz corporate team and learn why they’re so passionate about our fitness franchise concept.

Danielle Scott, Brand President

As Brand President of Jabz, Danielle leads the development and management of franchise operations, corporate growth, marketing and profitability.

With more than 20 years of experience in the franchise industry under her belt, including leadership roles in franchise development and operations, Danielle has helped to create, streamline and lead franchise companies that perform at the highest level. From working with start-up concepts to guiding acquisitions and international expansion, Danielle’s extensive background spans companies in several verticals, including B2B and B2C hospitality, education, restaurant, fitness and retail.

Jabz, which began franchising in 2013, currently has more than 20 locations open or in development. As the concept continues to rapidly expand across the country, Danielle looks ahead to even more exciting growth alongside our passionate franchisees and talented corporate team.

“We’re on the cusp of something great. After just eight years in franchising, Jabz has cemented itself as a leading boxing-inspired boutique fitness concept in America,” says Danielle. “All the pieces are in place to push Jabz to the next level.”

Natalie Straub, Director of Concept Innovation

Meet Natalie, Director of Concept Innovation at Jabz. Natalie leverages a strong background in operations and talent development for both emerging and longstanding fitness brands, and previously worked for Solidcore as Senior Manager of Product Development.

Boasting a passion for fitness and an accomplished management background, Natalie has opened more than 60 new studios and trained more than 200 managers and trainers for a variety of fitness brands. Tapping into her current role with Jabz, Natalie is perfectly poised to continue to build upon Jabz’s rapid growth and incredibly-empowering workout.

“With my background in boutique fitness, I can tell when a workout is just for show,” says Natalie. “At Jabz, I noticed something different. The workout offers great variety and sequencing alongside efficient strength conditioning. Jabz also fosters a strong community and culture of empowerment, which I find extremely appealing.”

Erin Seaboyer, Director of Experience and Culture

Erin is the newest member of the Jabz corporate team. She joins us as Director of Experience and Culture after seven years perfecting and improving the culture of new locations with Solidcore and CorePower Yoga.

Erin started her career in the fitness industry at the ground level as a fitness instructor, working her way up to becoming a multi-studio manager and joining the senior leadership team at Solidcore. An expert in training and development, Erin enters the ring at Jabz with a powerful foundation in fitness and confidence in our mission and workout.

“I’ve worked with brands that are start-ups and brands that have a start-up mentality. Whether a concept is a few months old or several years, it’s the dedication and drive to continue building and improving that sets it apart. Jabz truly embodies that mindset as it keeps on growing in 2021,” says Erin. “In addition to its mentality of perseverance, Jabz has the building blocks of a strong culture that I’m excited to foster and keep consistent across the board.”

These are just a few of the incredible women who play a part in creating the empowering environment our members and franchisees have come to know and love at Jabz. As a franchisee, you’ll enter the ring and explore an exciting fitness
